Why is my website entitled 'Erthe?'
There are several original reasons why my website bears the name it does. Originally, I called the site Erthe because I am inventing an alternate fictional world with that name. It resides in the same space and time as Earth, and I would like someday, when I am skilled enough, to write books about it. I therefore registered the domain name in preparation for when Erthe becomes immensely famous. Meanwhile, however, I am hampered by the possibility that, if I describe any of its details, someone else will copy them.
So while I write out history, ancient societal conflicts and biases, natural laws, how those natural laws have changed, how Erthe interacts with Earth, and everything else, I am using the domain name for non-fictional writings and studies. The name 'Erthe' also fits here, because I am learning an alternate history of the world that nobody wants to teach.
